Your Profile:

As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier service to our clients – by phone, email, and social media. You'll also work closely with our logistics team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Manage daily client communication across various channels

  • Handle order processing and coordinate logistics with the warehouse team

  • Ensure timely follow-up and smooth delivery of all customer orders
