IS IT SAFE TO SMOKE?

Royal Rolling is the only brand in the world that produces and sells gold rolling papers that are independently lab-tested, and therefore safe to smoke.
HOW CAN I BEST STORE MY ROYAL ROLLING GOLD ROLLING PAPERS?

Royal Rolling 24K gold rolling paper products are best preserved in a dry and sealed environment.
HOW CAN I BEST ROLL MY ROYAL ROLLING GOLDEN PAPERS?

Our 24K gold rolling papers Rolls just like regular rolling papers. Always make sure to roll with clean, dry hands. If you’re not able to roll yourself, we also offer the Royal Rolling 24K Gold Cone.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY?

We offer a 12-month warranty on our products from the date of purchase, with the exception that our 24K gold rolling papers carry a 6-month warranty. After this period, the papers are still perfectly fine to smoke. If the product is damaged within the applicable warranty period (excluding user-caused damage), we will replace it with a new one.

WHY ARE THERE SMALL DIFFERENCES IN THE ROLLING PAPERS?

All of our 24K gold rolling papers are crafted by Royal Rolling with the utmost care. Our production team in Alkmaar handcrafts each paper to ensure the highest possible quality. Because the production is done by hand, no two papers are exactly the same, and therefore small variations may occur between them.

We deliver with PostNL and DHL. For shipments outside the Netherlands, we also work with the most suitable carriers for the specific country..

If an order is placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands always include a Track & Trace code. Shipping is free for orders over €40.

We accept payments via iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, KBC/CBC, and Bank Transfer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 days. Providing a reason is not required, but we would appreciate it if you let us know so we can do our best to satisfy you.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of use.
Please note: A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 30 days.
If you purchased your Royal Rolling product from one of our retailers, we recommend that you first return to that retailer to resolve the issue.
