ARE THE DIAMONDS REAL DIAMONDS?
Yes. Every Diamond Fortune contains a genuine laboratory-grown Diamond. Laboratory-grown Diamonds are real Diamonds and are not diamond simulants such as cubic zirconia.
ARE THE DIAMONDS NATURAL OR LABORATORY-GROWN?
The Diamonds in the Diamond Fortune Collection are laboratory-grown. They are created in a controlled laboratory environment rather than extracted through traditional diamond mining.
WHY DOES ROYAL ROLLING USE LABORATORY-GROWN DIAMONDS?
We believe the story behind a Diamond matters just as much as its brilliance. Choosing laboratory-grown Diamonds allows us to take a different approach without relying on traditional diamond mining, which has been associated in parts of the world with environmental and human-rights concerns.
WHAT CLARITY ARE THE DIAMONDS?
Our Diamond Fortunes feature VVS Diamonds. VVS stands for Very, Very Slightly Included and represents a very high clarity grade.
WHAT CUT ARE THE DIAMONDS?
The Diamonds are Round Brilliant Cut, a classic cut designed to maximise the interaction between the Diamond and light.

Diamond Fortune is available in three sizes:

DOES EVERY DIAMOND COLOUR HAVE A DIFFERENT MEANING?
Yes. Each colour represents its own Fortune, from Clarity and Love to Wisdom and Destiny. After revealing your Diamond, you can discover the story and meaning connected to its colour.
ARE ALL 9 DIAMONDS EQUALLY COMMON?
Not necessarily. Some Diamond Fortunes may be more difficult to discover than others. Availability and distribution can vary between editions and collections.
DOES EVERY DIAMOND FORTUNE CONTAIN A DIAMOND?
Yes. Every Diamond Fortune contains a genuine laboratory-grown Diamond. The mystery is which Diamond Fortune you will discover, not whether a Diamond is included.

Alongside your Diamond, you will discover one of the 100 collectible Royal Fortune Cards, connecting your Diamond Fortune to the wider Royal Rolling collectible experience.
WHAT IS A FORTUNE CARD?
Fortune Cards form a collection of 100 different Fortunes. Hold on to your cards and keep an eye on Fortune Friday, where selected Fortunes may be activated for Royal Challenges and special rewards.
CAN I COLLECT ALL 9 DIAMONDS OF FORTUNE?
Yes. The collection is designed to be discovered and collected. Each of the nine Diamond colours carries a different meaning, giving you 9 Diamonds and 9 Fortunes to discover.
WHAT IS FORTUNE FRIDAY?
Fortune Friday is a recurring part of the Royal Mystery Envelope experience where a Fortune can be featured and a new Royal Challenge can be introduced.
The Featured Fortune may inspire the theme, story or assignment of that Challenge.
Participants then compete by completing the Challenge, with the winner determined by performance according to the published judging criteria.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DISCOVER THE SAME DIAMOND TWICE?
Duplicates are part of the journey to collect all 9 Diamonds of Fortune. Keep your duplicate Diamonds safe in your Collector’s Pendant, gift one to someone whose Fortune matches its meaning, or continue collecting until you discover all nine.
CAN I WEAR MY DIAMOND?
Selected Diamonds can be combined with compatible pieces from the Fortuna Collection. Our Collector's Pendant is designed to keep your discovered Diamond close, while selected Royal Diamond Pendants offer a ready-to-wear Diamond jewellery experience.
CAN I CHOOSE MY DIAMOND COLOUR?
The Diamond Fortune experience is designed around the reveal, so the Diamond colour is discovered when the package is opened. Where individually selectable Diamond products are offered, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
WHAT MAKES A DIAMOND FORTUNE DIFFERENT FROM THE ROYAL MYSTERY ENVELOPE?

The Mystery Fortune Envelope
WHAT IS THE ROYAL MYSTERY ENVELOPE?
The Royal Mystery Envelope is a collectible experience by Royal Rolling.
Every wax-sealed envelope contains a guaranteed surprise and gives you the opportunity to discover and collect Fortune Cards, Royal Collector Emblems and other special collectibles.
The Mystery Envelope is part of a larger collector experience that also includes Royal Challenges.
WHAT ARE FORTUNE CARDS?
Fortune Cards are collectible cards found within the Royal Mystery Envelope collection.
Each Fortune Card features its own number, message and theme. There are 100 unique Fortune Cards to discover and collect, including rare Special Editions marked with ★ and ★★.
Fortune Cards may also provide direct access to current Royal Challenges through their QR code.
WHAT ARE ROYAL COLLECTOR EMBLEMS?
Royal Collector Emblems are special collectible symbols found throughout the Royal Mystery Envelope collection.
Collectors can discover different Emblems, build their collection and complete special sets.
Selected Emblems and collections may also reveal new elements of the Royal Collector experience.
Finding an Emblem does not automatically make you the winner of a Royal Challenge.
WHAT ARE ROYAL CHALLENGES?
Royal Challenges are skill-based competitions where participants put their creativity, knowledge or other skills to the test.
Every Challenge has its own assignment, deadline, rules and predetermined judging criteria.
Eligible entries are evaluated according to those criteria and the highest-performing entry wins the announced prize.
Winners are not selected by random draw.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN A ROYAL CHALLENGE?
There are two ways to access a Royal Challenge.
If you own a Fortune Card, simply scan the QR code on your card to access the current Challenge directly.
Don't have a Fortune Card? You can still participate for free through our Free Entry page.
Once you have accessed the Challenge, follow the instructions and submit your entry before the published deadline.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A ROYAL MYSTERY ENVELOPE TO PARTICIPATE?
No.
No purchase is necessary to participate in a Royal Challenge.
Owning a Fortune Card provides convenient direct access to the Challenge, but purchasing a Royal Mystery Envelope is not required to participate.
CAN I PARTICIPATE FOR FREE WITHOUT A FORTUNE CARD?
Yes.
Participants without a Fortune Card can register through our Free Entry page and receive free access to the current Royal Challenge.
No purchase of a Royal Mystery Envelope or other Royal Rolling product is required.
DO FORTUNE CARD HOLDERS AND FREE ENTRY PARTICIPANTS COMPETE UNDER THE SAME RULES?
Yes.
All participants compete under the same Challenge rules, deadlines and judging criteria.
Accessing a Challenge through a Fortune Card does not provide additional judging points or preferential treatment compared with Free Entry.
DOES BUYING A ROYAL MYSTERY ENVELOPE IMPROVE MY CHANCES OF WINNING?
No.
Purchasing a Royal Mystery Envelope does not improve your score or determine whether you win a Royal Challenge.
Royal Challenge winners are determined by performance according to the judging criteria published for the applicable Challenge.
DOES BUYING MULTIPLE ROYAL MYSTERY ENVELOPES IMPROVE MY CHANCES OF WINNING?
No.
Purchasing additional Royal Mystery Envelopes does not provide additional points or improve your judging position in a Royal Challenge.
The quality of your Challenge entry determines your result not the number of Mystery Envelopes you own.
HOW ARE ROYAL CHALLENGE WINNERS DETERMINED?
Winners are determined through skill and performance.
Before each Royal Challenge, the applicable judging criteria and their weighting will be published.
Depending on the Challenge, entries may be judged on factors such as creativity, originality, accuracy, knowledge, execution, interpretation or presentation.
The eligible entry achieving the highest final score wins.
ARE WINNERS EVER SELECTED RANDOMLY?
No.
Royal Challenge winners are not selected through a random draw, lottery or other chance-based selection method.
Eligible entries are evaluated according to the predetermined judging criteria for the Challenge.
The highest-performing eligible entry wins.
WHAT ARE THE JUDGING CRITERIA?
Every Royal Challenge has its own judging criteria.
For example, a creative Challenge could be judged as follows:
Creativity — 40%
Execution — 30%
Interpretation — 20%
Presentation — 10%
The applicable criteria and scoring method will be published with the Challenge before the submission deadline.
WHO JUDGES THE ROYAL CHALLENGES?
Eligible entries are evaluated by a judging panel appointed by Royal Rolling.
Judges assess entries according to the predetermined criteria published for the applicable Challenge.
The judges do not select a winner randomly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF TWO PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE THE SAME SCORE?
A winner will not be selected randomly in the event of a tie.
The predetermined tie-break procedure published in the applicable Challenge Rules will be used.
This may involve comparing the scores for the highest-weighted judging criterion or, where necessary, completing an additional skill-based tie-break Challenge.
A random draw will not be used to resolve a tie.
WHAT IS FORTUNE FRIDAY?
Fortune Friday is a recurring part of the Royal Mystery Envelope experience where a Fortune can be featured and a new Royal Challenge can be introduced.
The Featured Fortune may inspire the theme, story or assignment of that Challenge.
Participants then compete by completing the Challenge, with the winner determined by performance according to the published judging criteria.
WHAT IS THE FEATURED FORTUNE?
The Featured Fortune is a Fortune Card selected to represent or inspire a particular Fortune Friday or Royal Challenge.
For example:
FORTUNE #83 HAS BEEN SELECTED. 👑
Collectors can check whether they have #83 in their collection and discover the Challenge inspired by that Fortune.
The selection of a Featured Fortune does not determine who wins the Challenge.
DO I NEED TO OWN THE FEATURED FORTUNE TO PARTICIPATE?
No.
Owning the Featured Fortune is not required to participate in the Royal Challenge.
Fortune Card holders can access the Challenge directly through their QR code, while anyone without a Fortune Card can participate through our Free Entry page.
DOES OWNING THE FEATURED FORTUNE GIVE ME AN ADVANTAGE?
No.
The Featured Fortune does not provide additional judging points or improve your likelihood of winning.
It forms part of the collector experience and may inspire the theme of the Challenge.
All eligible participants are judged according to the same published criteria.
CAN I WIN REAL GOLD OR DIAMONDS?
Yes.
Selected Royal Challenges may feature extraordinary prizes, including genuine gold, diamonds, limited-edition collectibles and other Royal Collector rewards.
The specific prize and its approximate value will be announced in the applicable Challenge Rules.
These prizes are awarded based on performance in the applicable Royal Challenge and are not awarded through a random draw.
HOW IS THE ROYAL COLLECTOR GRAND PRIZE AWARDED?
The Royal Collector Grand Prize is awarded through the Royal Collector Grand Challenge.
Participants must complete the applicable Challenge and are evaluated according to predetermined judging criteria.
The highest-performing eligible entry wins the announced Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize is not randomly hidden inside a Royal Mystery Envelope, and purchasing additional Mystery Envelopes does not improve a participant's score in the Grand Challenge.
